The Full Worm Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Virgo.

The Full Moon in Virgo shines a light on what feels imperfect. It highlights the details, the flaws, the things we think we should fix. Emotions can feel heightened — and the lunar eclipse can enhance these feelings even more — intensifying the urge to overthink or “solve” everything.

Virgo energy is clever and perceptive. Like the fox, it is quick-thinking, strategic, and gifted at finding solutions. This is a beautiful strength — but it can also become exhausting if left unchecked. Even the fox knows when to rest.

Have you been so focused on what’s wrong that you’ve forgotten what’s right? So busy doing that you’ve forgotten how to simply be?

This moon asks for balance.

Yes, tend to what needs care. But don’t lose yourself in constant fixing.

Put the eraser away.

Place the planning sheets in the cupboard.

Leave the judgement at the door.

  • create a piece of art with you eyes closed. Draw the picture with your eyes closed. What do you see? If you wish you could then add colour to your creation.

  • create something using based on the words: judgement, imperfections, cunning, details, flaws, fox, service, exhausting.

Spend some time just being.

Being still.

Being calm.

Being creative — not for perfection, but for nourishment.

Not everything has to be organized, completed, or improved.

Perfection isn’t the goal. Presence is.
