ABOUT ME

As a lifelong learner, I am constantly seeking new ways to expand my knowledge and grow as a person. I have inherited a passion for photography and am currently learning to create art with various media.

I find inspiration from nature. I work with the Wheel of the Year and the Moon, incorporating the elements and natural cycles into my work.

Learning and practicing Jikiden Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique has been a life-changing experience for me, and it brings me great joy to share these practices with others. At Daisy's Butterfly, I provide a safe space for individuals to connect with their inner selves, improve their emotional resilience, and promote physical and mental wellness. These techniques are incredibly effective in addressing stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional or physical ailments. By offering these services to my clients, I hope to help them develop a greater sense of self-awareness, inner peace, and balance.

As a teacher, I have always been passionate about creating inspiring lessons and activities that are accessible to all. My background in Psychology, Education, and Autism has allowed me to create a welcoming space where anyone, regardless of their abilities, can learn and grow. I am dedicated to helping individuals find their unique style of learning and providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. I hope to be able to offer support and sessions online and in person.

My art and photography bring calm into my world; I hope that you, too, will find this the case.

I have been fortunate enough to live in both the UK and Canada, exploring the beautiful scenery in both countries with my dogs and children. In Canada, we were joined by our beloved cats, including a sanctuary cat who stole our hearts. Our exploration of this magnificent country continues to inspire me to create art that reflects the beauty of the world around us

The combination of the passions above and knowledge gained through my life experiences, including living with Post Concussion Syndrome, has helped me to develop creative courses that help people reduce stress in their lives, reconnect to the rhythms of the world around them, themselves, and with their inner creativity. I  continue to use them personally, as my means of self-care, and love sharing them with others.  I can't wait to share time with you.
