Mindfully Creative

BREATHE, RELAX, CREATE

This innovative program blends breathwork, meditation, and creative activities to help you relax and soothe stress. Together, we will explore how different meditations, breathing techniques, and non-judgmental creative endeavors reduce anxiety and stress while fueling your inner artist.

Please note this is not an art course; this is a way to be creative without fear.

Information

4 Creative sessions to help reduce stress and anxiety.

Tickets include:

  • the Mindfully Creative session package,

  • all art supplies

  • and light refreshments.

  • access a closed Facebook page designed to share ideas and thoughts based on Mindfully Creative.

Sessions are limited to 8 participants,

Classes are run for 4 consecutive weeks and are held in-person in Deep River, Ontario.

Dates: Nov 4, 11, 18, 25

Time: 19.30 -21.00

Location: in person, in Deep River.

The cost of the course is $100 and includes resources and teaching.
